Abu `Muhammad `Ali b. Ahmad b. Sa`id Ibn Hazm

Ibn Hazm was born at Cordova in 384 and was known as a great thinker, Andulusian poet, historian, jurist, theologian and philosopher. He codified the Zahiri doctrine and applied its method to the Qur’anic sciences. According to his son, he wrote 400 works.
